Markets For The New Year

Even though knee surgery has slowed me down (and seems to have blocked my creativity) I want to pass along information from the latest C.S. Monitor guidelines for the Home Forum pages.  They continue to use food and gardening stories, (up to 800 words max) but are asking now for anything  pertaining to Martin Luther King Day. (Jan. 19)   (Where were you hearing the "I Have A Dream" Speech ? What did it mean to you then–now?)

Home forum Editor also needs brief, first-person stories of how you overcame fincncial tough times–in a way that expressed generosity.  (For instance, a child giving up his allowance for a needy child or family, figuring out how to economize with less expensive food. Etc.  NOTE  put "Overcoming tough times" on the Subject line of your submission.  Keep piece to 400 words or fewer. Send to Earth@csmonitor.com

I'll have more info from this editor in a later blog. Now I'm going to compose one that came to me as I was typing this information for you!  Happy Writing, and Happy New Year!.  Email me with questions or suggestions at willmagore@msn.com   Willma
